Designed & Created by our Qualified and Inspired Floristry Team

For some couples, choosing your wedding flowers can be a daunting idea. With 1000's of flower varieties in so many different colours and shades it can be quite a tricky task deciding which flowers and style is right for you. Here at Cornwall Floral Design, we use our vast floral knowledge and years of experience to assist you in designing your perfect Wedding flowers.

You would like us to design and create your dream wedding flowers but don't know what to do next...

The first, and most important thing to do is, to book your wedding date with us. All we ask for is a £20.00 non-refundable deposit which is subtracted from your final balance with us. This can be paid over the phone by card, by bank transfer on request or by cheque in the post, and tends to be done 8-12 months in advance.

Call us on 07957671801 for more information.

Once your wedding date is secured with us, there is no panic in deciding your wedding flowers in full. We recommend you start collating images of bouquets you like, and any images/material swatches you think may help us get an idea of your wedding scheme.

These images/material swatches can be sent over to us in the post or by email and we will add them to your folder for you.

After a wedding discussion has taken place, we will get together a wedding quotation and email this over to you. This normally takes up to 7 days, but can be delayed if we are working with seasonal/unusual flowers as we may need to contact our growers to double check availability and/or prices. We ask that you use the wedding quotation as a guide as you may make changes closer to the wedding date in terms of type of arrangements and quantities. Any amendments can be made at this stage, and we will work with you to ensure you are happy with your quotation and all is correct.

The next stage is the wedding contract stage. The wedding contract will be typed up when you are decided on your chosen flowers, style and amounts. Please let us know if you feel you are ready for your contract and have made decisions on all your flowers. A Final Wedding Discussion can be done at this time, but is not essential if you are sure on your choices. Once we have emailed/posted your wedding flowers contract to you, we ask for you to double check everything is perfect and return a signed copy of your wedding flowers contract to us with a 20% deposit. All terms and conditions of the contract will be stated at this stage.

During the booking and planning process, we offer 2 wedding consultations – The Initial and the Final. We have found this allows you to get ideas from the initial consultation, and then finalise and make decisions for the final consultation. We can provide additional wedding consultations throughout the planning process, but there would be an additional charge for this.
